I’m showing up to lose control

Every day, I’m going to show up for my dreams, do my part, and lose control.

I am not the teacher, I am here to learn. I’ll do it my way when I’m done being foolish.

Over the weekend, I spent time reflecting on how my 90 days of consistency was going and how it went. AS I type this, I only have 6 more days to go, but much more to accomplish.

I know that 90 days only broke some bad habits, the next 30 days of consistency will be the true test. After 120 days, these everyday actions will be who I am.

I got to walk today and I can already tell what a difference it makes. My Crohn’s had me down for weeks, but I am back, and I could not wait another day. The weather even showed love.

Another day of getting it done and exhausting all options.
